Your employer may directly or indirectly share your personal information under certain circumstances including:

 

  • Your employer is required to comply with a legal or governance obligation and has sent us your information in connection with compliance effort. Your consent was likely given as a condition of employment. To verify the consent process please contact your employer’s Human Resources department.
